Solid Ebony Bun Door Knobs

A fantastic quality Victorian reproduction of an original pair of solid ebony bun period door handles. These are solid ebony not ebonised pine or hardwood so won't wear through. This style of bun handle and decorative petal rose were really popular in the Victorian period. The brass roses and brass collar on the handles are both solid unlacquered brass so they will tarnish and age down a bit, easily polished back to shiny if you prefer.

Detachable rose and threaded spindle so they can be used on rim locks and latches, displayed on a standard width 4 panel door.
