Welcome to our antique & period door furniture & hardware online store. Uniquely we stock both high quality period reproductions, as well as original antique items that we have sourced and restored ourselves in our workshop.  

The vast majority of our stock is from the mid 1800s to the 1930s (Georgian, Victorian, Edwardian, Art Deco & Art Nouveau) or reproduced from items from those periods. We carry both internal and external door items, specialising in front door furniture and door knobs with everything in between from escutcheons to rim locks and latches.

About Us

Hi, we’re Paul & Kate. With over 30 years combined experience in the Architectural Antique business, we have a real passion for reclaiming and saving beautiful and useful items. Having served our ‘apprenticeship’ in one of the country’s largest and most respected reclamation companies.

We started specialising in door furniture after trying to source handles and locks for our own doors back in 2007 & around 2013 we started to specialise in just door furniture and hardware. Whilst our passion is in reclaiming original fittings, we found it was not always possible to find the right pieces. Very much taking our inspiration from a time when things were ‘made to last’ and to be both beautiful and functional, we have sought to bring together a collection of the finest fittings, covering most architectural periods, made using the best quality materials in the traditional way and where possible in the UK.
