Huge Victorian Country House Bell

A huge Victorian Country House bell (2nd image is with a regular sized door bell) from the late 1800s. It's like and sounds like a Church bell and has the #16 stamped on the top. It comes with a long cast iron bar that would have been attached to a pull at one end and probably a large return spring at the other end (large expansion spring). It attaches to the bell spring by way of a nut and bolt.
