Large Brass Beehive Door Handles

A fantastic quality reproduction pair of Victorian large brass beehive door handles. This style of period door handle were very popular in the Victorian and Georgian periods. These are a rich warm solid brass and manufactured from an original pair using the same original proportions. They are unlacquered with an antique finish so they will continue to age and tarnish but can be polished back to shiny with a Brasso type product.

Detachable rose and threaded spindle so they can work with rim locks or latches. Displayed on a standard width 4 panel door with the centre of the spindle 100mm from the edge of the door.
